Terms of service

The service

Veritas Review provides written manuscript reviews for a flat fee. Each order covers one manuscript of up to 100,000 words, delivered as PDF and DOCX, typically 2 to 3 days after your manuscript passes our final quality check, depending on its length. Delivery of the finished review concludes our service agreement for that order.

Your manuscript

You must own the rights to any manuscript you submit, or have the author's permission. By submitting, you confirm the work is yours to share for review purposes.

Reviews

Reviews are critical evaluations, not endorsements. A review reflects our honest assessment and does not guarantee publication, sales, or any particular outcome. Reviews may be produced with the assistance of automated systems and are personally checked and approved before delivery.

Refunds

If we cannot review your manuscript for any reason, you receive a full refund. Refund requests for delivered reviews are handled case by case; contact us and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful. We reserve the right to decline any order and refund it in full.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
