Veritas is Latin for truth. We chose the name because it is the whole business: an honest, evidence-based review of your manuscript, not paid praise and not vague encouragement.

What we do

Veritas Review reads your entire manuscript and returns a thorough written review covering characters, plot, pacing, continuity, theme, and style. Every significant point is tied to a specific passage in your text, so you can see exactly what we mean and where to act on it.

How the review is made

Our review process reads the full manuscript in sections, extracts factual claims about the story (who did what, where, and when), and independently verifies each claim against your text. Claims that cannot be supported are thrown out or rewritten. A literary analysis pass then evaluates character, structure, pacing, and theme. Finally, the finished review is personally checked and approved before it reaches you.

The result is a review you can trust: specific, quotable, and grounded in the book you actually wrote.
